I recently graduated from Northeast College of Health Sciences, formerly known as New York Chiropractic College. I have been trained as a neuromusculoskeletal specialist with a focus on the physical manipulation of the spine. I have learned to treat a variety of conditions ranging from simple physical fixations and back pain to more complex cases including, but not limited to, scoliosis, post-surgical rehabilitation, fibromyalgia, multiple sclerosis, and many more.
I spent the last year of my schooling in a clinical setting. During my time in the clinical setting, I treated a variety of cases with great success. I have helped many patients with low back pain get back on their feet and back to work. I have also been able to reduce or eliminate several cases of severe headaches. Patients with radicular symptoms or peripheral neuropathies, like carpal tunnel, have been delighted to no longer have pain and numbness in their hands after a few visits.
New patients may call in to our main line 717-467-5451 or text our office cell phone 717-712-6390 to book.
After booking with us, you will receive an email to fill out our intake forms online, or if you don't have email, we have forms in the office. If you have X-ray or MRI imaging or reports, please bring them with you. I perform a full physical evaluation of your chief complaint(s) and related factors. I start with taking vitals and then move into neurological and orthopedic examinations. On completion of the exam, I will lay out a treatment plan and get your informed consent to start treatment. Your treatment will consist of the services provided, and your preferences will be considered.
Patients returning to the office may call, text, or book online using your patient portal.
We offer two variations of treatment lengths for our returning patients. Our regular 30-minute time frame includes full treatment of multiple complaints using the modalities laid out in your treatment plan. We also have our shorter 15-minute appointment for our maintenance patient, which only requires light muscle work and an adjustment.

Insurance-based visits are billed on an itemized per-service basis and charges are set using the averages for the area. The total price will vary depending on insurance carrier and plan based on their allowable amounts. We ask that you contact your insurance company before your visit to verify benefits so you know about potential financial obligations based on your plan.
Out of Network
We can bill directly to your insurance at your copay rates and your insurance rates will apply. In lieu of direct billing, our system enables us to print out or email detailed receipts with the itemized bill so that you may send them to your insurance. For this, we ask for the full amount to be paid at the time of the visit and offer our paid-in-full rates as described below.
Paid in Full "cash" visits
We offer a discount rate to our patients who choose not to use insurance. This discounted rate is based on the average cost submitted to insurance.
New patient visits 50 min: $130
Follow up 30 min: $60
Maintenance 15 min: $30
Kids Visits (under 18)
Patients under 18 require a new patient exam before this visit type can be used. This is a simple visit to get the kids adjusted on their own or if you want them to be adjusted while we work on you. We offer brief 10-minute appointments to adjust them at a discounted price when not using insurance. If you book online and would like your kids to book alongside your appointment, we manually add them to that time frame, as this is unfortunately not possible with our online booking.
Kids 10min: $20.
Imaging Consultation
Whether you have old imaging you would like a second opinion on or need new imaging reviewed, we have you covered. We offer imaging consultations, during which Dr.Lehman will review the imaging and findings with you in person. This will also cover services for writing new imaging reports based on findings. We do not have imaging in our office, and refer you to local imaging centers of your choosing if new images are requested.
Imaging consultation 30min: $60

Treatments
Spinal manipulation or adjustment: This involves applying controlled force to joints in the spine or other parts of the body to improve alignment and mobility.
Mobilization: Gentle stretching and movement of joints and muscles to improve range of motion and reduce stiffness.
Soft tissue therapy: Techniques such as massage, myofascial release, and trigger point therapy are used to alleviate muscle tension and improve flexibility.
Therapeutic exercises: Prescribed exercises and stretches to strengthen weak muscles, improve posture, and enhance overall function.
Lifestyle advice: Guidance on ergonomics, posture correction, exercise, nutrition, and stress management to promote long-term wellness and prevent recurrence of problems.
Electrical stimulation: Modalities such as electrical muscle stimulation (EMS) or transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS) may be used to reduce pain and muscle spasm.
Heat and cold therapy: Application of heat packs or ice packs to alleviate pain, reduce inflammation, and promote healing.
Traction: Manual traction may be used to gently stretch the spine and relieve pressure on nerves or discs.
Nutritional counseling: Recommendations on diet and supplements to support musculoskeletal health, reduce inflammation, and promote overall well-being.
Active release techniques (ART): Hands-on soft tissue manipulation techniques designed to break up scar tissue, adhesions, and tight muscles to improve mobility and reduce pain.
Muscle scrapping: This uses a stainless steel tool to break up knots and adhesions in the muscle and improve blood flow to the area.
